From supermarket to marketplace
Kaufland, is mainly associated with a supermarket. However, for several years it has also been a marketplace. Until recently, the Kaufland Global Marketplace feature was only available in the German market. As of 2023, Kaufland has also expanded Marketplace sales to the Czech and Slovak markets, with more markets planned.
Free returns
Kaufland has a rather unusual returns service. The German platform requires that returns of purchases up to €40 be free of charge; for products above that value, the retailer is not required to provide free returns.
German precision
The German retail giant attaches great importance to the quality of customer service, in order to prevent problems it is necessary to take care of quality indicators.
Different sales charge models
There are no hidden costs at Kaufland. As part of the cooperation, the main fee is a commission on psales. It is possible to buy an additional subscription, but this is voluntary.

Content preparation
Kaufland platform, in order to add products requires the preparation of the appropriate file with a prepared translation into German. Our team will prepare the products and then display them on the Kaufland platform.
Order processing
We ensure constant communication with the customer through email, telephone contact and through internal messaging on sales platforms - both before, during and after delivery. We track shipments and provide tracking codes, ensuring transparency in the delivery process. We provide support in the case of returns and complaints, and contact platform support in case of problems with maintaining service quality. In addition, we assist in the transaction settlement process to ensure the smooth circulation of finances.
LUCID registration
Due to the requirements of the German legislator when registering with Kaufland, we are forced to provide the number of the German equivalent of BDO - the LUCID system. We will prepare and help you to correctly register in the German system, as well as answer all the problems that trouble you.
