PLN 40m GMV and 60k transaction

In the first half of this year, we made nearly PLN 40m GMV, servicing 120k transactions. This is over 60% more y/y and 3x faster than the European e-commerce market, despite the exclusion of sales on the Russian market and the suspension of business in Ukraine.

Subscription

We have launched a new sales servicing service as a part of a subscription on over 45 marketplace platforms in 17 European markets. The solution enables producers and distributors to quickly start selling on European markets through technological integration and account registration on platforms, translations and product imports, multilingual customer service, order management and logistics of deliveries based on our network of cross-dock warehouses at the borders.

Focused on:

a) launching sales on new platforms – such as Wish, Wayfair, Aukro, ePrice, eMag, Okazii, Cel

b) acquiring new producers and distributors – incl. DUKA, Homla, Eurofirany, MSY, Annapol, AMD Meble,

c) inclusion of the Mall delivery option on the Czech and Slovak markets,

d) increase in the profitability of sales.

New shumee.eu website

We have also completed the reconstruction of the shumee.eu website to easily present our partners from Europe and Asia with the model of operation of our digital foreign trade headquarter and to enable registration and quick start of sales on new markets. We have also launched a dashboard for our subscription partners, which allows to automatically select markets and platforms and start selling in Europe.

PLN 100m GMV in 2022

In 2022, we will continue to focus on increasing the scale of business and profitability as well as developing sales in new markets and platforms – especially for customers in the subscription model. Forecasts for this year provide for 20% growth dynamics of European e-com, but still only about 10% of online stores sell abroad, and 70% of sellers do not sell online at all.
